Fanless Fillless Cooling Towers — as the name suggests — operate without a fan or fill media, ensuring 100% power savings and significantly reduced maintenance downtime. Working Principle:
  • Hot Water Circulation
    Hot water from the heat source is circulated to the inlet header of the cooling tower.
  • Distribution Network
    The header pipes have multiple branches and sub-branches that uniformly cover the internal area of the cooling tower.
  • Atomization through Non-Clog Nozzles
    At the outlets of sub-branch pipings, non-clog atomizing nozzles convert the hot water into a fine mist at a pressure of 1–1.5 kg/cm².
  • Natural Air Induction
    Aerodynamic FRP louvers on all four sides automatically draw in ample fresh air without any fan assistance.
  • Controlled Water Direction
    These louvers guide mist and water droplets toward the collection sump, ensuring no water spillage.
  • Evaporative Cooling
    The fine mist comes into contact with ambient air, causing partial evaporation. The latent heat of vaporization removes heat from the water, effectively cooling it.
